From a rhythmic view, leaders are in the spot where they have to fail if people expect them to hear white noise. However,
if they make everyone else listen and repeat your rhythm – then everything a leader should Be, bvecomes ealy obtainable. Both for followers and the said leader.
Is this why people, some people find it attractive to idolise memopries of individuals, as leaders to follow, without much a distinction to how they actually were?

Feeling the process of entrainment?
Perhaps the question of entrainment is
a link or a sequence, of a range, or a frequency-between-and-of
Commandment and commencement?
Going to the example of menstrual cycle, the leader was the one on the pill. She didn’t “listen” to others.. The pill made the cycle independent from the others.
Commencing something is in itself entraining. Say in a party, the person that introduces the movements, is entraining others. However, the others, in a sense of the whole mood the individual might pick, is being entrained by the others.
What about a commandment?
Lets talk Agamben?
Mentioning that a person that commands, they already know whether their command will be a command. This by have a group of followers. If you have people following you, the commandment such as “drive in the middle” – will become a part of others reality.
This is an example of a constant operation. No beginning. Being a constant. A constant process. An operation. An element with no beginning nor end. Indeed, our placements of beginnings and ends might be a socio-cultural imposition upon reality. A desire to control.

Who’s noise is it?
White noise as a society of tiredness. People tired of giving up sileces.
Indifference.
Things, rhythms that entrain, make a difference. And you have a society that requires everything to be heard, hence you get a society of white noise.
Then you get a deficit of attention.
If we want to have everything because everything matters, we can imagine dispensing with politics and having technicalities. Technicians.
As in bitcoin. Trust-less? Who listens to you? No one. No one but the uber technician – the algorithm. You want to not trust anyone but the algorithm.
Can we have other entity. Not a non human, but Other, that will by its nature of having the capacity to tune to all frequency without getting white noised out – might become a sort of leader?
Bitcoin’s rules are political, are cultural and social question.
The idea of how a society that includes all, all species, as well as objects, all beings, its so complicated that maybe there will be a need for some epi-human, perhaps, epi-organism, to help these operate together somehow.
Talking about organising a society.
Perhaps the very notion of organising a society is wrong. A society is emerging rhythms, not an organised one..? Or a Being organised one?
However, how about a linking up distributed society, if we have a dominant regulator, stops, does not allow, all frequencies by nature. By the way its operation is living. If you have however an understanding of freuencies, we need not the overlord..

The dj entrains dancers, but is herself entrained by the mass. They do not affect the frequency movement of your legs, that’s up for you as an individual. However, there is that other frequency – perhaps layer – that are more shared/global.

Commencing something is entrained in itself to begin from from something is entrained by something else, maybe epi-element, maybe an hyper object, maybe a sub frequency.
Agamben makes a certain point regarding the leader in a congregation’s command. They know the command will become a reality from the very affordance of leadership by the community. (perhaps that is where legitimacy, the frequency of legitimacy is so important for “leader” features to attain..?)
In that cycle, there is a Being, a constant operation with a beginning that is less, an ending that is less. A constant. An infinity?

White noise in the sense of the society of tiredness. People have stuff that makes no differnce, and lots of stuff you might not notice but you are indifferent to them.

How can we do that?
How can any politician can listen to all?
Maybe a technician?
The technical person that operates like an automaton and they can hear each voice and decide stuff accordingly.
